Hello! I've been reading the forums for the past few days and with this new Kyocera i got I decided it's time to play around with it. I live in the Cleveland, Oh area and use the Northcoast PCS network. I have a few questions, maybe you guys can help me out or not.
I have good service, unlimited calls, LD, texting, and pay a flat fee per month.
Changeing my images on my phone is 1 thing I had in mind, I have all the software I need, the Kyocera PST, and BitPim, and the likes.
So what info does anyone have on this phone? Image sizes? Wallpaper sizes?
Is there anyway I can unlock my phone to use WAP services? Anyway I can "piggy back" on another carrier to use the WAP?
Anyone have any luck with the BREW apps, cracking them or downloading new ones to install on the phone.
What I want to do with this phone is simply change the wallpaper/screen savers. Add any games if possible, find out anything neat in unlocking this lil beast, and if I can "piggyback" on WAP with my phone.
Northcoast PCS does not offer any online services, so I can't just text a 5 digit number and have whatever downloaded into my phone.
Any help would be greatly appricated and please keep the flaming down.
