The REAL Reason 4 Outage

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

After Paris H-'s and other stars had their (predictable) SidekickII troubles, I foresaw that something radical had to be done so that it was unlikely to happen again. A tmobile cust svce rep (611) told me that a "software patch" was being implemented. At the tmobile store, the manager said that they had been told to hush the fact that the verrrry long outage was "definitely" due to data security issues....

I doubt this was the problem since Tinkerbell's sidekick info was accessed via the desktop interface at tmobile.com and the problem we had the past week was an issue with Danger's servers. 99% of the the time the people at Tmo have no idea what the hell they are talking about...

Isn't the DI tied with Danger's servers..because when they were having issues..the DI was inaccessible.

Yes but Paris's info was accesed due to a security issue with TMobiles website (initial log-in screen) which to my knowledge has yet to be corrected. Basically someone got her number, went to the screen where it asks you the name of your favorite pet, and entered "tinkerbell" there which is the name of that lil' rat that Paris carries everywhere with her...
Another issue which too many people do not know is the voice mail "hack". There's a way to spoof a caller ID or voicemail to think you are calling from somewhere you are not, for example someone could get your number, and then spoof the system by pretending to call the voicemail from your number. If you have automatic log-in then that person will be in your voicemail account...
