quick question

I am using a BB 7510 with 4.0 .... now when i put my BB on vibrator the speaker always turns off automatically so that when someone direct connects me i have to turn the speaker on manually every time. is there anyway to leave the speaker on while having the phone on vibrate ?
PS: i went to phone>menu>options> DC> speaker>on
but it would just turn it off by itself after a while of being on the home screen

I'm not very familiar with the Push To Talk stuff, but, is there an option in your profile for keeping the speaker on?
I could be way out in left field abou this, have never used a Nextel device.

the only option in the profile is to change the ring type and volume of ring but nothing about the speaker.
