:( QD Keeps freezing!

Lately when I change the profile from OFFLINE to NORMAL (or anything else for that matter), it keeps freezing at the white screen with NOKIA. I have to actually remove the battery in order to get it back to normal.
Also, lately when I'm on a call, the phone just freezes and I can't hangup the call. I have to restart it. It's driving me crazy.
What is happening to my **** QD???

sounds like WSOD (google if u donno what it means)...but like a soft one...##7370# is the master reset combo...

Master reset? Will that erase my entire memory (numbers, apps, etc)? How can I prevent this in the future? Thanks.

make sure u have enough space on your c: drive (>1.5 mb)
