Hi, my Vodafone SmartStep SIM card just stopped working today. It won't work in my 3330, 6820 or a 7610 or a 6100 I borrowed. What should I do - it has credit on it!!??

Check to make sure that the SIM metal contacts are clean and not scratched. If the SIM is unreadable, the only solution is to take a trip to the next Vodafone Shop to get it looked at. What do the phones say when you insert the SIM and power the phone(s) on?

I haven't been able to get to a vodafone store yet because I live a bit away from the nearest one. Im not ringing 191 and talking to customer service chimps
