Anyone SK2 working in/near philly? (new)

2 quick questions. anyone in/near philadelphia/delaware still have their network down on their sidekick? cause mine is. im located in northern delaware.
also. when i first turn my sk2 on i get a message box pop up that says "Network Services Unavalible, Network data services are currently unavalible. Either your GPRS APN setting is incorrect or your account is not configured for GPRS"
well my service is configured for GPRS. and my APN is set to Hiptop.t-mobile.com so i assume that is correct?
ive had this sk2 since saturday when i first got it. and since then i still havent gotten the "Sign on screen" that tmobile said should come up so i can enter my username and such. hopefully everything is set right on my SK2 and its the network. but i just wanted to make sure since i just bought it.
this sure is a nice way to start my service off, having it not even work for the first 3 days ive had it huh. lol
any info would be appreciated. thanks
