T616 Outlook/bluetooth issues...

so, i have a buddy w/ a 616 that he syncs with outloook via bluetooth on his PC. the contacts will transfer, but the calander craps out the fon.
i personally didnt know that that fon would sync... and im in the biz. but apparently it should, right?.
anyone know anything?
