hey guys i have a cf62 from tmobile and i did a master reset thinking it would clean the phone up.....well it did but it erased all the settings from tmobile and now it cant even copy the sim card...what do i do...can i download new software or firmware?

I did the same thing last week. Lost everything T-Mo put on the phone, and there's no way of getting it back. CS pretty much told me there was nothing I could do. Sucks, dosen't it?

so now what? just not use the phone...there has to be something we can do......take it somewhere?

it might have to be shipped to siemens to have its software re-flashed to OEM state. 4 Weeks is the average wait time for shipping to Siemens Canada, not sure about their USA division.

Your situation appears to be a little different than mine. Although I lost the thing's T-Mo put on the phone (ringers, games, wallpapers, etc), numbers I had stored and the few things I had downloaded, I was still able to use it...I just had to put what back on it that I could.
