Help with New Phone - Detailed Criteria Included

Hello all, thanks ahead of time for the help with selecting a new phone.
Criteria:
1. Cingular - US
2. Edge Data Connectivity
3. Able to connect through wires to Pocket PC and Laptop
*Less battery consuption than Bluetooth, correct me if I'm wrong.*
4. RF Strength
5. Bluetooth
6. .mp3
7. Battery Life
Thats basically it, I really want to be able to utilize the EDGE network in my area in the best way possible for a Pocket PC and my Laptop. I would prefer to be able to use some type of data cable from the phone to the laptop or Pocket PC. The phone is basically just being bought for this reason, a broadband connection. The best RF reception possible would be preferrable as well, as that it would help with data connection speeds. I appriciate all feedback and let me know if I need to provide more data.
