problems with the 8100

what problems are people having with the 8100? battery life keeps shortenign on me even with new batteries... anyone else? im looking for reasons to return this to bestbuy under the product protection plan...

Real easy: It's discontinued. The replacement is the 8200. A far superior phone compared to the 8100 (feature-wise at least).
