Contacts from Sidekick II to the Sim

Hey i switch my sim card around to a few different phones but all my contacts are on my sidekick. I know how to import them from the sim to the sidekick but does anyone know how to save the contacts on the sidekick back to the sim???

You cant save contacts from the SK to the Sim. Only from the sim to the sk
