hi, we are a small accessory retailer and we have about 2000 dku-5 copy cables left in stock.

these are the black cables with a box in the middle with power switch

these cables where all selling fine with few problems & returns until nokia updated their datasuite (i think this might be the problem), now nearly all of them come back.

ive searched these forums and the net for help but nothing seems to work.

We got it to work on our PC eventually but nearly 100% of our customers have problems.

is there anything you can suggest? i would sell them as oxygen software cables ( works fine with them) but thats not good enough.

please help... i tried latest versions of profilic drivers etc but to no avail...

anything else i can try before i bin them.
