I use SPAlarm version 1.2 by Laneser...
quite good.
not sure but I think I got it from air***ev... which is currently down by the way.. moving servers..

I use cityalarms for smartphone. citycode.com is their address
it was 9.95, yeh that is a lot, but it does a whole bunch of stuff, and I have been very pleased with it

The program I use was not free but I bought it for me and loved it so much that I bought it for my wife as well. It is not only an alarm but many many things in one package. The name of the program is Fizz Traveler.
