S700i Downloading/Changing Languages

S700i: Impossible to download new languages for the phone's operating system and T9 intuitive text (neither from the Website, nor form the PC Suite CD). Anybody has a quick fix; Sony-E has none: I need French, Spanish and Portuguese? Thanks. JohnhIr
