Nokia 6230 or Moto MPx220 - Help...

I'm looking for the phone with the best reception since signal is weak at my home. Bluetooth is also a requirement for me. I'm considering Cingular at this point and debating between the Nokia 6230 and Motorola MPx220. Which phone would you recommned (with singal reception being most important).

Reception wise, the 6230 is going to be the best. The mpx220 is a smartphone though and is more powerful overall (I don't know if you care about that) but it doesn't have the rf capabilities of the 6230

if he's getting cingular, the D500 will not give him the signal benefits of the moto or the nokia
