blackberry part issue internal HELP

Well my genius employee decided to take apart his 7510 and didnt unscrew the antenna well a small metal prong of sorts popped out of the phone and i cant find where it goes...took apart another phone and i dont see the prong in the other one, the reason i need to put it back in is because ever since it came out the blackberry gets no service whatso ever. any ideas on what to do????

found out what it was...its the piece that chills inside the antenna box, but i cant fire him, alas hes somewhat of a hardworker...he just ****s everything up...why would u open a blackberry for no reason anyway

Around this place it's simply give them a new one. We've had cracked screens, cracked cases, Blackberries dropped in water... you name it.
