VX4400 hot after using bitpim 0.53

I have a Vx4400 phone which worked fine.
But it becomes very hot after talking for about 5 minutes. It has been like that since I used BitPim 0.53 to upload pictures/ring tones/address book to the phone and use a data cable for Vx10.

I asked VZW to upgrade the phone's software and it didn't help....

Anybody has the same experience? Would this cause the phone to emit higher radiation than what it would normally? or even over the FCC posted SAR limit?

Just kidding. Really tho, make sure that the inside screen is set to turn off after 30 secs. If it stays on it becomes very hot against your ear.

Thanks for the advice.
I've been using 15 sec. time off for
backlight and 7 sec. time off for key light....
I also tried to set black screen as the
wallpaper and it didn't help....

wondering if Vx10 data cable would burn up anything and cause higher RF emission....
