Siemens sk65

I have the SK-65 phone with the blackberry feature and am using it in the US on t-mobile service. The blackberry is functioning. However, I cannot access T-zones (t-mobile's WAP access). I went onto the Siemens-Mobile.com website and attempted to have the Siemens-mobile.com configurator send me the codes for t-zones, but i have not received a text message with the codes and I do not know if:
a. i am somehow not properly utilizing the seimens-mobile configurator; or,
b. if i need to manually program my phone for the t-mobile t-zones service.
PLEASE HELP!!!
