Has anyone been able to find any decent games for the N840? When I was using the older 525, I downloaded games from www.nechdm.com, and those games were of very high quality, all for free, but now I can't even find a pay game that supports N840.

i downloaded them off the usual commercial pay-per-game outlets in hong kong, as NEC is quite a significant brand here; wihich might not be so elsewhere

(NEC is top 1 in japan and top 6 in hong kong)

and some other wap outlets from smartone-iN (vodafone sister company), which i doubt if you can have access to those outside hong kong :S

and thx for the reply. I've seen the games available at necdream.com.cn and n-land, some of them look interesting, but how can I download one if it's under the N830 section? I would not be able to access N830 menus if I go to necdream.com.cn from my phone and I can't download the files onto my computer.

I noticed the best games for NEC handsets all come from InterChannel. InterChannel has done commercial games for the consoles. So the cellphone games they developed for the 525 all have a very console and arcade feel, all nicely animated, with professional sounding music and effects.

i figure the games listed under n830 and n840 on nec WAP pages are the same. i think.... and they won't let u access non-n840 pages if u are using an n840

but if ur looking elsewhere, yeah n840 can download and use all n830 and n820 contents

I saw some games on www.necmobile.com. Haven't had a chance to download them yet. Why they don't allow transfer of games through the Memory Editor program is beyond me...
