Smartner Duality on Cingular MPX-220?

I am trying the demo of Smartner Duality on my MPX-220. It seems to work like a Blackberry instantly notifying me of new mail but then I can't find the mail. it's not in the Outlook Folder nor any other default mailbox.
Anyone get this working on their Cingular MPX-220?
