BitPin not working for me

I have an LG VX6000 and have the data cable. I have used it and bitpim to hack my phone a couple times in the past, but for some reason it doesn't seem to be working anymore.

When I restart my computer I get this driver message saying smoething about new susteen hardware. I have a susteen driver on my computer, but when I try to install it, it says to put in the "cable ID code" which can be found on the cablepackage. Unfortunately I just moved, and couldn't find that box right now to save my life. Not sure why it is asking me for this driver anyway, since at one point I had it working.

Anyway, this may or may not be the problem. When I plug my phone into the data cable, and open bitpim, I cannot read any of the info from my phone. I have tried Com2 and Com3 (which is what bitpim tells me are the only ones that I can choose from that are working). When I select either one, and try to get phone info, it takes about 30 seconds and says "busy", then I get this error, "LG VX6000 on COM2: The phone is not responding while transitioning mode from none to brew".

Can someone shed some light on this for me? I would REALLY like to get this working again. Thanks you in advance for any help. I would really appreciate it!!! :-)
