Hello,

I have been trying to help my girlfriend with her 8600. THe problem that she is having is that the phone does not notify you when you have a voicemail. It will display when you have a missed call. THe phone also displays "No Voice Message Available" in the messaging section of the phone.

I have read through the included manual multiple times trying to find any reference to how one is set this up or anything that might disable this feature.

I have thus far been able to find anything pertaining to this issue so I was hoping someone here may have some idea what the problem is.
