Anyone have a broken TM150 they would part with?

The reason why I ask is because I am looking for some ways to improve some of the features, but of course I won't be taking apart my perfectly good phone. So, if anyone has a TM150 where something is broken but the speaker and LED button backlights still, work, let me know. I'm looking to see if there are any easy mods we can do to these phones to improve them.
