P910a Keyboard broke

Well after 30 days I have to send the 910a back to SE to repair the Flip. The numbers I type on the keypad aren't the ones that come up on the screen consequently I can't unlock the phone or type in numbers.
Sure hope this isn't the start of something!

Are you sure the keyboard isn't set for another language (i.e. AZERTY) ?

Positive, checked that. Actually it is the flip closed, number side that is broke.ie press 1 get 3, press 6 get 9 etc.
anyway it's on its way back so we'll see how long it takes them to fix.
