I've had a GX30 for just over a year now and still think it's a great phone, but I really want a TM200 for the 2mp camera and the text resizing feature.

It's been out in Europe for ages but not yet released in the UK - why ?

I tried asking T-Mobile if and when they would release it here and they implied it was a quality issue - but there aren't any significant number of posts here saying there's any problem.

You see a few available on Ebay, mostly from Germany and they either won't send to the UK or won't accept PayPal.

Anyone know of any problems with the phone or any good places to get one from?

The only problem that i have with my TM200 is with the speakerphone. Everytime i enable it " the other party " at the other end hears and echo of themselves.

Also, today the phone re-started itself couple of times on me but the same issue was fixed with the TM150 by replacing the battery.

I need to do a very thorough search on google to find an extra battery for this specific model.

P.S. Despite of the 2 problems i'm having, i know they can be fixed, i called a sharp warranty center and they told me it sounds like a firmware problem and that it can be upgraded by them.

I will go all the way to fix this phone as i've grown to appreciate it, specially for it's wonderful 2MP CCD camera and browsing websites like howardforum wap on it it's just perfect, plus you have the text zoom in / zoom out feature which makes the phone feel like a real browser and it's extremely fast and it's an ease to use.

P.S. I'm pretty sure sooner or later sharp mobile phones will be easily flexible when it comes to software/modding/firmware as time goes by so i'm patient. All i need to do is find an extra battery to verify the re-starting issue, if not then i can send it away to get fixed " why not? the phone is worth it ".
