SE47 - GAGIN displays empty folders on my phone!

Hey,
I know you guys get a ton of these newbie questions all the time, but I'd really appreciate help with this one. I installed the drivers for my Slider SE47 and the USB recognizes it just fine. Under device manager, the phone does come up under COM4 as "Prolific USB-to-Serial Bridge". When I open GAGIN and configure it to open COM4, all the phone's folders come up on the screen. But when I click the folders, none of them have files in them. The status bar on the bottom of GAGIN says I have 1205 K of 2336 K used, and the folder names are "sound, mypictures, reserve, dfresv, contacts, sms, scrnsavers, apps, doodler", so it seems like my computer is interfacing with the device. Even on the main view, all the folder sizes are supposedly 0 bytes in size.
If it helps to know, I did restart my computer and the slider is open. I do have modtones as an app on there, and three ringtones I got from it. I ran the BREWAppLoader patch like the readme said to as well. Thanks--

gagin does nothing but list the filesystems. you want bitpim if you really wanna see all the files on your computer. but GAGIN works just as good if you're just dropping files into your phone and bitpim has the disadvantage that you may be able to delete/overwrite important files if you don't know what you're doing.
