Loading ringtones

I have been using http://vox8910.ca.tt/ as my guide. Awesome site by the way.
But I am really slow when it comes to this stuff. Anyway I finnally got the ringtone on the phone, it shows up but I can't get any sound.
And in Bitpim its showing up as 26.dat.mp3 --> could this be a problem and why is it saying mp3?
Any help would be awesome, Thanks.
