Bitpim and Notepad in VX8000

I want to keep some useful text reminders in the Notepad on the VX8000. I am not very fast with entering stuff so I would like to type it on my computer and upload it.

I would assume that I can upload the file (or files?) using Bitpim. Where can I find the file in the system structure? and are there any tricks I need to know about exchanging the file that I have on the VX8000 with the one that I've made?

Hey... does anybody know how to do this:

Create Note in text editor and upload to VX8000 via Bitpim?

I'm really late on this thread, but I wanted to do this too. I searched around using QPST and found that the notes are in one file called memo.dat in the sch directory.
I wouldn't touch it though, it seems at has to be edited a certain way. I tried adding my notes to the memo.dat file using notepad and it totally screwed up my phone. Luckily I had backed up the original file to put back on my phone and make it work again.

My understanding is it is just a simple C struct. Look at the bitpim source if you like python. When I looked at the file with a hex editor, it looked pretty obvious, but I havn't seen any editors for it.
