why did I see "user" directory using QPST

When i use the QPST to browse the file systems in the VX3200 phone, i did not see the ''user '' directory. The directories i got are
Alarm
CERT
download
eri
gps
nvm
pim
sch
sms
t9udb
voiced8
Can someone please help ?

I don't have your phone, my girlfriend does - but I haven't messed with it yet. I would say that your ringtones and pics are probably under one of the other folders, so open them one by one and look. Don't be scared, you're not going to hurt anything...

i tried all of them atually and did not see any folder listed above has ringers.

i have the 7000 and its in download then snd folder. the img is images. hope that helps. the be sure to delete the sound.dat or whatever file from the download folder to reset it.
