I just purchased a USB cable from cellphoneshop.com and i cant get it to work with BitPim. I have the lastest drivers and versin of BitPim. I can see that the computer recognizes the cable, but doesnt see the phone. Has anyone else tried this cable? Did i get ripped off?

Here is a direct link to the cable that the OP is talking about. I'm wary of it just because it... well, it doesn't seem to be anything but a cable in a box.

Have you tried the Futuredial drivers/software?

Maybe the drivers you're using aren't compatible with the cable?*

*I don't even know if this is possible, it's just something that came to mind.
