Nokia 6225 help

hello, I have a Nokia 6225, i would like to update the firmware version without havig to take it to my phone company(which i know they wont be able to do, its in Nicaragua) ,and without loosing any settings, and if possible, not having to reprogram it (the phone line) , and if theres any way to flex it to another phone model (like a more advanced one:S), i would like to know all this,
