How do you change them in XVI32? sorry if this sounds newbie ish, its because i am a newbie at this stuff.

use p2kseem. better and more user friendly program. xv132 is too vague for me. and you have to use p2kman to download the seem from your phone and use xv132 to edit and save the seem and back to p2kman to upload the edited seem back into your phone. p2kseem does all that by itself. try to search for it on the net. i've had better luck using google.http://xlr8.us/hofo/ go there to find it as well. its also a good tutorial for newb's like yourself. have fun

so i can just use p2kman to download the seem from my phone and then use p2kseem to edit the seem and dont have to use xv132 at all?

no, use p2kseem to get the seem from your phone, edit the seem and upload the seem back into your phone. p2kseem does it all. remember to restart your phone after changes have been made to make them efective and KEEP BACK UP FILES OF THE SEEMS YOU CAN RESORT TO IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE!! i cannot stress that enough. have fun...

ok thank you for the info. One more question..how do i make back ups for my seems? Sorry for the dumb questions.

when u open p2kseem on the bottom right you'll see "restart phone" then "load" then "save" first type in the seem in the seem and record areas : seem:0032 record: 0001 <--for example. then click load from phone. once loaded which should be instantly, in the save area type the seem info in the seem and record area and click "save to file" browse your pc to where you want to save them (i suggest a folder on your desktop named 'phone file backups') and then click ok. done. the original seem is now saved. make sure you dont edit the seem before doing this as you will only save the edited seem and not the original one. to load it back into your phone if you screw something up type the seem in the seem and record areas and click load from file. once loaded click save to phone. click restart phone and once your phone cycles it should be back to normal. after your done editing the seem click save to phone and restart. this may sound a little confusing at first but once it clicks in your head it'll all fall into place and you'll be doing your friends phones.
