Try opening and closing the program a few times, and see if that works. Motokit can be a pain sometimes. Thats why I use P2KTools.

Restart your phone.

those menus won;t show up. it goes away when i connect the phone

Disconnect the phone, restart motokit, connect the phone, close & open motokit again. If not restart your computer then try it again.

Are you at this screen: If so change the text, click OK disconect and restart your phone.
