Help! My KE424C (blade) keeps crashing or freezing!

My Blade has been acting up lately. Sometimes it just locks up and the only way to reset it is by taking the battery out. Other times i get wierd letters and numbers on the screen and once again i must reset the battery. What the heck is happening?

Phones are just like computers... They can freeze or crash too.
Sometimes there's not a whole lot you can do about it.
If it happens once in a while, then it's probably normal. I have the ocassional problem with mine as well.
If it happens repeatedly, then the hardware may be defective and needs to be replaced.

thanks. I ended up giving it to a friend to let him deal with it. lol. now i have the second most amazing phone. The LG 6190 fastap....
