Please help me with my T610

I just got a T610 from my uncle but it is a fido phone and we don't have fido in the okanagan. I was wondering if you can unlock the phone so it will work with Rogers, i'm pretty new to cell phones so any help would be greatly appreciated.

In addition, with a Fido account, you may access the Rogers network unless your account has the classic Fido or classic CountryFido. Check the Fido forum for more details.
