Voice records as ringtones? E398

Hi guys!
Ok, i found out how to make voice records (thanks to secarica) with my E398, maximum 1 min (it's ok...), but i don't know where to find these records in p2k, i couldn't find them anywhere. Anyway, incase they are gonna be found, can i set one voice record as a ringtone? How?
