need a new cell phone...

Okay, so I need some help with buying a new PDA phone, and would appreciate any input...
Things I'm looking for:
1) Expandable memory (for medical applications)
2) Palm OS vs Windows OS...not sure which is better?!?! (could use some input here) (Currently have CLIE and like Palm OS)
3) Touch screen or QWERTY keypad
4) Stylish
5) Compatable w/ T-Mobile
6) Not too BIG! (fits in pocket)
7) Can be used for emailing, web surfing, etc...
8) Games, watching videos are not a big priority
9) Something around $500 (preferably much less...but can understand if needs to be that)
10) Good battery life
Once again, I could use any opinions, even if on what not to get. Thanks!!!

based on the specs you list, take a look at the treo 600 or 650, I've never used either tho
