Hey everyone,

Im looking for information on how I can get the SPC Code for my Koi. I seen one link showing how to do this using BitPim...However this did not work for me.

I've tried calling cricket and I guess I wasn't convincing enough for them to give it to me. Does anybody know what I can do?

What I mostly want it for is to add mp3 ringers, wallpaper, and screensavers to my phone using QPST & KWPST.

Any help would be appreciated.

This is a bit underhanded, but since the service provider is the only way to get the code, this may be the necessary route.

First, hope that when you called and asked for the code, no notes were left on the account.

The way to get the code is to act like your phone is not working at all. They will check the system, etc, but one method of troubleshooting includes reprogramming the phone. Since your phone is already programmed, they will need to look up the SPC for your phone. When they walk you through the programming steps (be sure and act really ignorant), just write down the code and say it works now.

Like I said, underhanded, but reprogramming is a common troubleshooting step for phones that aren't working.
