My QD rubber stip thingy is broken, help

Alright, have had my QD for a little bit and have been enjoying all the fun and excitment that you can do with a N-Gage. Bought me a Krusell case for it and have had that for about a week and a half. Well today I took it out to wipe off the screen (got alittle dusty underneath) and when I pull it out the rubber thing around the QD was comming up. So me and my infinate wisdom thought I could push it back in thinking it was held by a lip of some sort. Well was playing with it and made it worse so I had to tear the whole thing off. All that is left is the black plastic piece around the QD.
My question to you guys is does anyone know where to get a replacment rubber thing and how to put it on if you can. Without the rubber thing my card slot, charging/headset slot, and power is uncovered.
Any help would be helpful
Thanks,
Brian

Found a few dummy's on ebay...maybe I could take mine apart and then break the dummy apart to get the rubber piece?? Think its possible?

couldn't you just buy a new faceplate for the phone?
Posted by: angel_wing0
it doesnt come with the plastric strip afaik..plus QD faceplates are HARD to find

Well I got a email back from Nokia, and they basically told me to send it to them and they could give me a quote on how much it would cost. I have been searching the web for the rubber parts and havent found much. There are a one guy on ebay that has the oem faceplate, blue and red with the rubber ring (ebay id: halal6) And also I have found one guy that actually sells just the rubber ring (non oem) but in different colors (ebay id:saintjoy0_3)
So there are some options on fixing the qd's problem....Just havent decided if a non oem would hold up to wear and tear, since some non oem faceplates dont.
Hope this helps with some people that is having the same problem I have. Although after taking the black plastic ring off the phone I kinda like it without the rubber stuff.
Thanks,
Brian

Anyone know where the orange OEM buttons can be found?? I have found a website that has the OEM orange faceplate but doesnt come with the buttons. I actually like this faceplate better than the smoke one that came on the phone.
If anyone knows of a store near them or something I could always compensate you for your troubles of buying the keypad and shipping them to me
Thanks,
Brian
