Need help picking phone

Hey forum, im out doing my research on which phone and phone provider i want to go with. My location is Chattanooga, TN (just incase that help in picking a provider far as service/coverage or what not.

Some of the things im looking for in my phone is aol instant messenger. fulll qwerty keyboard. nice size screen (nothing too small), mp3 capabilitys, bluetooth would be nice, web browsing. Maybe some more that i forgot.

My first thought was to get a sidekick 2. Then i found out alot of stuff that i would like my phone to do, i cant do. Far as MP3, having my own ring tones, etc... Something to personalize it a bit more. But the sidekick data plan is always nice to have. Especially since im looking for something with AIM and i would like to be able to use it much as possible.

Then i figured i could just go with Cingulars OGO for my instant messaging needs and another phone. Downside to that, i honestly really didnt want to carry around to devices, but thats not a major draw back at all. Major drawback to that is, i heard it takes a while to receive messages and they might stop the production of them or what not. Def dont want to get into that situation.

It kinda boiled down to just gettin either a treo 600 or treo 650. What are the major differences in the two? Does either have AIM on it? How is the phone quality of either device? I kinda dont want anything that will tear easily, which is another reason that kept me from pouncing on the sidekick2 after reading some of you guys posts. Anyways, any help is apprecaited. Even if its a different phone, plan, carrier, etc... Im lost and still doing my homework before i commit to a contract

I would recomend Verizon, as Verizon has great coverage there. I can also say you should be able to get the treo through Verizon, but the Motorola V265 has the best reception.
