Where phone is made makes difference?

I finally returned my 6620 4 another 6620 after I got fed up with it freezing after being unable to answer. Call comes, I press green button then nothing works. Just hangs there then the white screen w/ Nokia name. The unit I returned was made in Brazil. This new one is made in Finland. Been using it now for a day and sofar so good. Does it make a difference where the phone is assembled?
