Make sure you are using the coreect version of the Smartner software (for MS Outlook) not the internet version. Sets up automatically and works fine. You must also have an internet GPRS account working (Duality uses that to syncronise). If you let the sey up work automatically there is nothing to configure on your phone. Also you must have the Duality software running 24/7 on your PC to get the push e mails; you can turn it off and also pause the phone but it will re sync when turned back on. |
