need help flashing with pst

ok im kinda new to flash and flex but i know i need pst to do it and i have the flashes and flexes from motomodders. this is my problem. i try to open a pflex file:

and then this happens:

after about 3 or 4 attempts this pops up:

what am i doing wrong or what do i need to enable this feature?
any help is apprieciated

i got it to work with the help of xtmoto and some common sence

was using wrong program. needed multiflashflex.exe in the pst folder and the proper drivers installed but its all good now!!!
new flash version:
R364_G_0B[1][1].D1.1AR_LP0016_DRM0001_JPG_0B_V220_02_02_52R_GSIV2 20T672AE0A6_1FF

new flex file:SEV220NBBXXX_U

flashed perfectly and flexed 100% with no errors. only down fall is i have to put all my mp3 ringtones back on it and update some addresses that i had stored to phone. other than that phones seems to work a little better and has a few more features than i hoped for but didnt really need.
