I'm very confused......i'm trying to format my n-gage in the "hard" way.....but i can't ......i heard a lot of opinions like it's or it's not posibile to format ur n-gage in this way....
So my questions is :
Supports the N-gage HARD FORMAT??? ....that means .....while is off u have to press : green phone + * + 3 key(all keys in the same time) and then press switch on/off button until u should have to see a "formatting" on ur screen...
i know it works on 6600,3650,but for n-gage????
It should work on all series 60 devices....
i'm waiting for answers........thanks in advance ....
If it is possible .....tell me a person who succed cauz i didn't....i am very curious.....

Sorry but the *#92702689# sequence is not the hard format sequence. He/she is talking about resetting the phone while the phone boots when you can't enter a code

.

Plus that code is for the warranty menu on S40 phones.

but the pencil reset method doesnt work here =P

i'm sorry that i didn't specifie that i know about *#7370#, and *#7780#,.....but i'm in a situation that these codes can't help me .....i introduced them, but nothing is hapining(my phone reboots like is suposed to )but my contacts are there everything is there.....nothing is reset .....
these hapened after i tried mo make my mmc of 4k and not 16k using my pc(throught cable using partion magic) instead of a card reader.... i was curious to see if works ....don't do like me ....i had corrupted my mmc and partial fixed with a card reader....why is partial?because my pc suite see it,my phone see it, but my cable not....i tried the cable with another mmc and it works....

u know that when u insert the cable in n-gage on the pc appears a new partition......we'll for me, now it doesn't appear.....but my pc suite works using bluetooth.....and my phone can see the MMC
