Help... Cant connect mpx220 with activesync.

When I connect my mpx220 to my comp and turn on activesync, it connects and syncs with the phone with no problem. I see the green icon. But when I click on the explore button, I dont see any of the files in the phone. I get a blank window that says Mobile Device on top. Then a message pops up that says "Critical communications services have failed to start. Try resetting the mobile device, and then connect again." Ive tried resetting the comp and mpx220 but it still gives me the same message. Ill really appreciate any help you guys can give me.

I've heard people say that they have been able to sync thru bluetooth. You could try that.

I found out what the problem was. ZoneAlarm was blocking it. Don't know how it's doing it but when I turn ZA off everything works.
