I found a dealer that is willing to sell 25 Mpx's for $2500. Its a nice deal but i cant afford it. It would be a nice profit you could make selling them. Or if 24 other ppl wanna pay a $100 each with me we could buy them together

Sounds very sketchy. If this is actually on the level, I'd be interested in one just for the novelty. The device itself isn't so easy to use.

But at the same time this does not sound plausible. In the US alone they are in the region of $1000 EACH, so, be afraid, be very afraid...LOL

No it doesn't make sense. People are selling the MPx for like 500 - 1300 bucks online. If he sold his at the price you are saying he would be loosing out. Unless he is dumb and doesn't realize what he has then I would be skeptical. There must be something wrong with them or they are engineering samples which are really no good because they are buggy as hell. You need to pick one up and play with it before you buy it.

Well it was on ebay but it not on there anymore I've just been emailing him back and forth He told me he has too many and hes getting a new shipment from finland in so he wants to get rid of them

Well I thought it was a website. On the other had it just sounds too good to be true. No need for the emails really, if I can't see what this person is actually selling then I won't buy it. I don't think that many people would either.

LOL its not just that its just that it sounds to good to be true, I mean I have heard of good deals but what this man is offering you is a steal. If there was a way to check how ligit he is then I would say go for it but since there isn't I, personally, would stay away. I already have a MPx (engineering model) I want a production one that has the hardware issues fixed from the engineering model. But oh well I will keep what I got, I don't use it much but its buggy as hell but I like messing with it to see what it can really do.

*Motorola pulled the MPx, it won't be making them anymore due to its slow processor, hardware issues and medicore memory. The form factor is awesome but its just too slow for what a Pocket PC can do, if they fix that they will have a winner hopefully they will do all of this and more with the MPx 2 or whatever they will call it*

If eBay pulled it off, then they must have determined it was a scam.

Not a chance and here is why:

1. Price is way too low to be for real
2. Not enough details for me to be interested
3. These are probably not production models and are engineering samples.

price is WAY too low for this to be legit! U.S. Pricing is about $1000 each!

Don't buy into those lies. I have been scammed personally trying to buy an mpx for 250 bucks. Those ebay auctions are all frauds if they end below 700 or so. It's rediculous how many false auctions pop up in ebay. It's really not safe for ebay's customers. If I had to pay to use ebay, I would certainly be suing the hell outa somebody! But anyway, do not buy an mpx for that price, atleast no in this year.

put me down for a couple. i have 3 celphone shops in dominican republic, they would sell like hot cakes plus cingular & at&t have a compatible sister company in dominican republic, Orange, so it works for me. i wish i could cut a deal for about 25 audiovox smt 5600 phones for that price. this is the hottest smartphone on the market, hands down.
