Hi, I just got my P910a, can anyone help me as I am having trouble setting it up, currently is showing not connected, I tried many times, but still shows not connected? Is this normal? Please help!!!

Hello,

i have the same Problem.
My new P910i can`t be connected to PC.
I installed drivers vor the DCU-11 cable and installed newest version of the SE Software. But i can`t see the phone anywhere.
I tried several solutions like deinstalling software and reinstall it.
But nothing helped.

How did you solve the Problem?

Hi,

My best bet is when you are doing the sync after installation, don't try to put the usb plug infront of your pc, try to plug the usb at the back of the pc, most people have replied to me (and it worked for myself as well) that it works well plugging at the back rather than the front of the pc, I hope this solution will work for you, if it doesn't try uninstalling the driver and try all over again.
