Hello everyone,

I trolled around on the forums for a bit, and I saw a lot of "can't install new ringers/backrounds/etc" but I noticed no one addressed the whole Verizon banner thing, which was a problem with the CDM 8900 as well (which I easily hacked thanks to all of you pros).

I have mp3 ringers and wallpapers galore, but I still have those god awful verizon banners on my sub lcd and on my main screen, and my question is, is there any way to fix this?

The weird thing is that immediately after activation, it actually changed the banner to the one I had put in the settings, and played out the whole length of my ringer, instead of cutting it short (like the 8900 did). However, when I added a new ringer, the phone reverted back to hell, and I've been unable to fix it since.

Any ideas?

7. Settings
6. System
4. ERI Banner
Select off

Wow, my apologies, and a terrific thanks. I can't believe I completely overlooked that, it's beyond reason.

Thanks again for the help, apparently I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed.
