Hi, I'm new at this.

I just bought an MPx220, I can make and receive calls but do not have access to the internet. Rogers provided me the settings for the phone but because they don't carry the MPx220 they told me to contact Moto for help inputing the info. Moto says they do not support the phone in Canada and I must get help from Rogers.

I tried 'start/settings/data connections/menu/edit connections/GPRS connections then inputing the rogers provided info with no luck.

Operator: 0.260.1002.0
Manufacturer: 0.343.0.0 (firmware?)

Can anyone help?

Did I post this question in the wrong place?
Is the answer out there already?
I tried searching without finding what I needed.
Perhaps I didn't search long enough?
Any help would be appreciated as I am a noob here
