volume issues overall are kinda dissapointing, earpiece is fine in a normal environment, havent tested in loud area yet, but speakerphone is a joke, hope they fix it, even if they dont im still in love.. il just have to AMP that speaker with a mini audiobahn amplifier

I like the Outlook features of the mpx220, so that is the one that I mostly use. On the other hand, the Symbian software is much easier to use and it is so much easier to find free software for. I would say that unless you will need the extra speed of edge, just get the MPX220. It has awsome business and play features and it is even smaller than the 6620. Peace
